What we do

IGET Pods AUS stocks 376 genuine IGET products across 21 device families in a single warehouse in Sydney. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer and not an IGET subsidiary — we buy direct, check what arrives, and ship it out the same day.

Why we hold local stock

Most of the pain in buying vapes online in Australia comes from sites that don't actually have the product. An order goes in, then sits for three weeks while something ships from overseas, and half the time the flavour ordered isn't what turns up. Holding stock locally costs more and it is the whole point of the business.

How we check authenticity

Counterfeit IGET stock is common because the brand sells so well. Every shipment we receive is checked on arrival: batch codes against the supplier manifest, packaging print quality, device weight, and the scratch-off security panel that verifies on IGET's own site. Anything that fails goes back. We encourage you to check the security code yourself on arrival — from us or from anyone.

On being straight about the product

We sell nicotine products, and we are not going to pretend that is neutral. Nicotine is addictive. Vaping is not risk-free, and it is not an approved quitting aid. If you don't already smoke or vape, the honest advice is not to start. If you are trying to quit, your GP or pharmacist can talk you through the prescription pathway, and Quitline on 13 7848 is free.

The legal position

Australian law restricts the retail supply of vaping products, the rules differ by state and territory, and they have changed repeatedly since 2024. We verify age at 18+, we may request photo ID before dispatch, and we do not ship to anyone under 18. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchase complies with the law where they live.
