Terms of sale

1. Who you're buying from

This site is operated by IGET Pods AUS, Sydney NSW. Placing an order means you accept these terms. We may update them; the version on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies.

2. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to browse or buy. It is an offence to supply vaping products to a minor in Australia. We verify age at checkout, may request photo ID before dispatch, and may require a signature on delivery. Orders we cannot age-verify are cancelled and refunded in full. Supplying our products to anyone under 18 is a breach of these terms and of the law.

3. Your legal responsibility

Australian law restricts the retail supply of vaping products, the rules differ by state and territory, and they have changed repeatedly since 2024. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use complies with the law where you live. Nothing on this site is legal or medical advice. If you are buying for resale, you are responsible for holding any licence or approval that applies to you.

4. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when you submit your order is the price you pay. Where a "was" price is shown, it is the price the item was most recently offered at on this site.

5. Payment

Orders are paid by PayID or bank transfer against the reference issued when you submit. We do not collect or store card details. Stock is reserved for 48 hours from order; unpaid orders are released after that. Your order is dispatched once payment clears.

6. Stock and cancellation

Listings reflect stock at the time of the last build and can sell out between your order and payment clearing. If we can't fill an order we'll offer a substitution or a full refund — your choice. We may cancel any order, before or after payment, if we suspect resale to minors, fraud, or a breach of these terms.

7. Delivery

Delivery timeframes on the shipping page are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If you select authority to leave, you accept the risk of loss or theft after the parcel is delivered.

8. Returns and faults

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used vaping products. Faulty or dead-on-arrival devices are replaced free within 30 days of delivery — send a photo of the device and the security code panel. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantee that goods are of acceptable quality.

9. Health

Nicotine is an addictive substance. Vaping is not risk-free and is not a proven or approved smoking-cessation aid. Do not use these products if you are under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a heart or respiratory condition. If you are trying to stop smoking, speak to your GP or pharmacist, or call Quitline on 13 7848.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
