Dispatch times
Orders paid before 2pm AEST on a business day leave our Sydney warehouse the same day. Anything after that, or on a weekend or NSW public holiday, goes out the next business day. Because we take payment by bank transfer, the clock starts when your payment clears — PayID is usually near-instant; standard transfers can take 1–2 days.

Delivery estimates by state
Express is 1 business day to every mainland metro capital — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide — once the parcel is with the carrier. Regional addresses, Tasmania and the Northern Territory typically take a little longer.
Packaging
Everything ships in plain, unbranded satchels or boxes. There is no product name, brand or description on the outside — only your name and address and the carrier's label.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If nothing arrives within 24 hours of your dispatch email, check your junk folder before contacting us.
Lost, late and damaged parcels
Carrier delays are outside our control, but a parcel that hasn't moved for five business days is treated as lost — email us and we'll open an investigation and reship or refund. Damage in transit is replaced free; send photos of the satchel and the contents within 48 hours of delivery.
Age verification
We may request photo ID before dispatch, and we may require a signature on delivery. Orders we cannot age-verify are cancelled and refunded in full. We do not ship to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
