Are these genuine IGET products?
Yes. We buy direct and check batch codes on arrival. Genuine IGET packaging carries a scratch-off security code that verifies on IGET's own website — check it before you use any device, from us or from anyone else.
How long does delivery take?
Orders paid before 2pm AEST leave Sydney the same business day. Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide is 1 business day on express or 3 on standard. Regional, WA and NT addresses take longer.
How do I pay?
PayID or bank transfer. When you submit your order you get a reference number and our payment details on screen and by email. We don't collect or store card details anywhere on this site.
What's the difference between puff counts?
Puff ratings are a comparison tool, not a promise — they're measured with a fixed puff length under lab conditions. Longer, harder draws finish a device sooner. A 10,000-puff device will always outlast an 1800-puff one, but neither will hit its exact rating for every user.
Should I buy a disposable or a pod kit?
If you're new, start with a sealed disposable — nothing to learn, nothing to maintain. If you already vape daily, a pod kit like the IGET Bar Plus or Halo costs more up front but the per-week running cost drops a long way, because you keep the battery and only replace the pod.
Do you sell nicotine-free vapes?
Yes — the nicotine-free range uses the same devices and flavours with 0% nicotine e-liquid. Note that zero nicotine does not mean zero risk, and these products are still age-restricted in Australia.
Can I return a device I don't like?
Not once it's opened — for health and safety reasons we can't accept returns on used vaping products. Faulty or dead-on-arrival devices are replaced free within 30 days; send a photo of the device and the security code panel.
Is it legal to buy vapes online in Australia?
Australian law restricts the retail supply of vaping products, and the rules differ by state and territory and have changed repeatedly since 2024. You must be 18 or over to buy from this site, and you are responsible for ensuring your purchase is lawful where you live. If you're vaping to quit smoking, talk to your GP or pharmacist about the prescription pathway, or call Quitline on 13 7848.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Sealed multi-packs from 5 to 500 units with per-unit pricing that drops at each tier. Anything above 500 units is quoted directly — see the wholesale page.
Will the packaging say what's inside?
No. Everything ships in plain, unbranded satchels with nothing on the label but your name and address.
